NYC announces the opening of applications for youth goodwill exchange program
March 26, 2014 - The National Youth Commission announced Wednesday the opening of applications to the 41st Ship for Southeast Asian and Japan Youth Program or SSEAJYP.
SSEAJYP is an annual cultural exchange program that started in 1974
as a joint statement between ASEAN member States and Japan.
Participated by young people from these countries, the program’s
objective is to promote friendship and mutual understanding among them
and the local youth in their respective countries.
Now on its 41st year, SSEAJYP has been instrumental in forging stronger relations among the youth of Southeast Asia and Japan.
Application forms for SSEAJYP are available at NYC’s website – www.nyc.gov.ph. The application form with the requirements may be submitted through email to sseayp41@nyc.gov.ph on or before April 25, 2014.
