Detailed mechanics:

1. Go to Max’s Restaurant Facebook Fan Page, click on the Max’s Bruno Mars Promo Facebook tab and register.
2. To participate in the lucky draw, you must like the fan page and completely fill up the form (with your Name, Address, Birthday, Contact # and Email Address) and click on the register button to submit 1 raffle promo.
3. Max’s Restaurant will collect all entries and perform the lucky draw in the presence of a DTI Representative.
4. Max’s Restaurant will announce winners daily from March 2 to 21, 2014 via:
   • Max’s Restaurant Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/maxsrestaurant)
   • Direct contact via email, SMS and registered mail

PRIZES Prizes to be given away by Max’s Restaurant:

• 2 concert tickets of “Bruno Mars The Moonshine Jungle World Tour Concert” per winner on March 22, 2014, 8:00PM.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotional period is from March 1 to 20, 2014 through Max’s Restaurant Facebook Fan Page.
2. Successful registration through Max’s Bruno Mars Promo Facebook tab during the promotional period will qualify the participant a chance in the lucky draw.
3. Registration must be submitted daily from 12:00AM to 11:59PM to qualify for the following draw dates:
   • March 2, 2014 - March 6, 2014 - March 10, 2014 - March 14, 2014 - March 18, 2014
   • March 3, 2014 - March 7, 2014 - March 11, 2014 - March 15, 2014 - March 19, 2014
   • March 4, 2014 - March 8, 2014 - March 12, 2014 - March 16, 2014 - March 20, 2014
   • March 5, 2014 - March 9, 2014 - March 13, 2014 - March 17, 2014 - March 21, 2014
4. The draw for the winner will be conducted daily from 2 March 2014 to 21 March 2014, 5:00PM at the Carat Philippines Head Office.
5. The winner will be notified the next day after the draw through Max’s Restaurant Facebook Fan Page, contact information, electronic mail and registered mail.
6. COMPLETE ADDRESS OF REDEMPTION CENTER: Prize (Bruno Mars The Moonshine Jungle World Tour Concert Ticket) must be collected at Max’s Group of Companies Inc., Ecoplaza Building 2305 Chino Roces Avenue at the winners’ own expense.
7. WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED? Employees of “Max’s Group of Companies Inc.” and “Carat Philippines Inc.” including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
8. WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN? Everyone who registered through Max’s Bruno Mars Promo Facebook tab within March 1, 2014 and March 20, 2014.
9. HOW TO JOIN? Participant shall fill up the registration form with his/her Complete Name, Address, Birthday, Contact # and Email.
10. DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES: Daily from 12:00AM to 11:59PM of 1 March to 20 March 2014.

16. WHO SHALL PAY 20% TAX FOR PRIZES EXCEEDING P10,000.00: Max’s Group of Companies Inc.
17. PERIOD OF REDEMPTION/CLAIM PERIOD: Redemption period shall be until 22 March 2014 at 5:00PM.
18. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
